Published worksheets are blank requirement forms. Configuration-specific drawings, test evidence, file availability and commercial terms are agreed for the actual quotation. State any acceptance or protection-service requirements at the start of the request.

For automotive test benches, use the turbo speed and blade-clearance brief to identify detectable events, output meaning, component temperatures and the independent acceptance reference.
Planning a spindle installation? Use the spindle growth and runout brief to include the sensing axis, thermal reference, signal chain and acceptance method.
- Choose the measuring family or identify the original assembly.
- Complete the relevant worksheet and attach a mounting/target sketch.
- List the required parts, quantities and destination country.

Using the engineering files
Which worksheet should I start with?
Use the installation worksheet for mechanical space, cabling and electrical inputs. Use the calibration worksheet when the target and required test record need definition. Include both when they affect the same assembly.
How do I request files for an existing original model?
Send complete original references for the probe, extension and conditioner, plus the receiving monitor and target. Use the replacement review page to retain an unknown reference for manual review.
What should procurement confirm before placing an order?
Confirm the component list, drawings, measured requirements, requested evidence, acceptance scope, quantities and written supply terms. Carry the same configuration revision through the order.
